All orders are sent from our home office in Argiroupoli. The prices and invoices are in euros and include the official VAT.

RETURNS

Retuns are accepted within 5 days of delivery and provided the item has not been worn and all labels/tags have not been removed.

In case of withdrawal declaration form not provided by the supplier, the return right extends to three months (the product should be returned to its original state. No other charges apply than return charges). If the user exercises his right of withdrawal, then the supplier must refund the amount paid by the user within thirty (30) calendar days. The user shall notify about the exercise of his withdrawal right in writing or in another durable medium that is available and accessible to the recipient.
